Gerrie Govert , Artist

Gerrie's mediums extend to pastels, watercolor and graphite drawing. She has been an instructor for more than 40 years and has received many awards for her art. She also has been honored in Indiana Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman's 2007 Celebration of Hoosier Women. Gerrie's work has also been in North Light Books "Great Masters" feature. Fee= $11 per session (members) $16 per session (non-members)

Wes Berrier

A portrait artist, Wes listed in the Who's Who of American Artists, an honor received in 1992 in London and 1996 in the USA. Wes's medium of choice is oil, and he has been an instructor for many years. Wes was commissioned to do a portrait of the famous scientist, Tesla, and was flown to Prague for the hanging of this portrait.

Wes instructs: every Monday 1-4pm

every Wednesday 1-4pm

every Thursday 6-9 pm

Fees: $75 for 5 weeks (members)

$100 for 5 weeks (non-members)

Alice Pawlowski

Gourd Art Artist and member of the National Gourd Society.

Workshop held at various times during the year.

Fred Holly AWS,IWA,CPSA

Fred, a retired instructor from the Art Institute of Chicago, as well as, Northern Indiana Arts Assoc., teaches in acrylics and prisma color pencil, a wax pencil medium. His works have received numerous awards and recently one of the featured artists in the traveling Hoosier Salon Show at the Steeple Gallery in St.John, Indiana..

Pat Willaims

Born and raised in the Hessville area of Hammond, Pat has been an art teacher in the Hammond school district for 22 years. Currently instructing kids 8-18 at the Hobart Arts League.

Kids class on Saturdays from 9:30am to 11:30am (unless noted otherwise in newsletter) $10 per session
